Target Finance, LLC dba Target Cash Now (“Target Cash Now”) is an entity formed under the laws of the Fort Belknap Indian Community (the “Tribe”), a federally-recognized and sovereign American Indian Tribe. Target Finance, LLC is wholly-owned by the Tribe. Target Finance, LLC is a licensed lender authorized under the Tribe’s Tribal Regulatory Authority.

You acknowledge that, by submitting and completing the online loan application, you are applying for a loan. Target Cash Now reviews your information in real-time to determine whether it meets our lending criteria. Loan applicant information is verified through credit reporting agencies such as Clarity, Factor Trust and MicroBilt, and Target Cash Now may obtain your credit information in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

Target Cash Now loans are designed to assist you in meeting your immediate borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long-term financial solution. Examples of reasons why these loans might be used include, but are not limited to, unexpected emergencies, car repair bills, medical care, or essential travel expenses.

This is a term installment loan with approximate equal payments, but you have the right to prepay at any time.

Target Cash Now gives you the option to make installment payments and pay off your loan by electronic payment methods (i.e. ACH, ) or non-electronic methods (i.e. cashier’s check or money order).

Target Cash Now does not lend to residents of AR, CT, MT, NY, PA, VA and WV. Availability of installment loans is subject to change at any time and at Target Cash Now’s sole discretion.

Upon approval, the maximum loan amount is $2,500. Target Cash Now cannot approve a new loan exceeding the maximum amount as stated herein.

*Rapid Funding Disclaimer: Rapid Funding may be limited by funding time frames and cut-off times. Applications processed and approved before 5:00 p.m. MST Monday – Friday are typically funded on the next business day. If you require funds the current business day, you can request a Special Services Transfer up to 2:00 p.m. MST Monday – Friday by calling 1-800-346-9348. For loans processed on weekends or bank holidays, you will receive the Special Services Transfer the next business day. Please verify with your bank as additional incoming fees may be assessed.

**COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
If Target Cash Now approves a loan application, the bank account information provided by the consumer will be eligible processing payments. Additionally, as part of the information collection process, Target Cash Now may detect additional bank accounts under the consumer’s ownership. Any such additional accounts will be considered to be part of the application process.
